Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating or joining a bridge - on the website or with the extension - you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your content

You are responsible for the files and messages you transfer and you keep ownership of them. You must have the right to share anything you send.

You give us only the limited permission needed to store and transmit your files and messages for the bridge you send them in, and nothing more.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• transfer content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is harmful to others;
• transfer malware or anything intended to damage or gain unauthorised access to devices or systems;
• abuse the service limits - for example by scripting bridge creation, guessing bridge codes, or working around per-bridge file and size caps - or otherwise disrupt or overload the service;
• access a bridge you were not invited to.

Keeping bridges private

A bridge is protected by its QR code / code and the device secrets issued to each participant. You are responsible for sharing them only with devices you trust.

Service availability and limits

The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features at any time. Bridges expire automatically; files and messages are deleted when a bridge ends. Files are limited to 5 GB each through the bridge and 50 GB each on a direct same-network transfer (300 MB on iPhones before iOS 26), and each bridge has a total size cap.

The extension depends on the same servers as the website; if those are unavailable the extension will not work either.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
